General Terms and Conditions

1. Data protection:
We strictly adhere to data protection laws and only use personal data for internal purposes and for processing bookings. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties.

2. Registration:
There are two options available for registering for a course: you can either fill out and submit the corresponding registration form on our website or contact our school directly. Please note that the booking only becomes binding after receipt of payment and is subject to the conditions listed below.

2.1 Change of course registration:
If you wish to make changes to the booked course, this is possible until the Thursday before the course begins and is subject to a processing fee of €30. After this deadline, no changes are possible.

2.2 Cancellation before the course begins:
Cancellation of registration before the course begins is possible until the Thursday before. In this case, you will be granted a refund of 100% of the course fee. If you cancel at a later date before the course begins, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

2.3 Cancellation after the course begins:
If you decide to terminate a course prematurely because you are not satisfied with the course progress or content, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. This regulation applies to courses with a duration of 4 weeks, provided the termination occurs by the middle of the second week of the course. After that, no refund is possible. Please note that no refund will be given if the course is not attended. For a cancellation of a semester course after the course begins, we will refund 50% of the course fee, unless your visa application has been rejected. In this case, a fee of €150 will be charged and the remaining amount refunded.

3. Minimum number of participants:
The implementation of a course depends on a minimum number of 6 participants and a maximum number of 12. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the course. In this case, participants will be informed in good time and the full course fee will be refunded. However, if there are enough registrations to divide the course into two groups, the course will also be held a week later.

4. Lesson times:
The exact lesson times will be published on our website two months in advance and are visible to all participants. If changes to the lesson times are necessary, participants will be informed in good time.

4.1 Lesson cancellation on public holidays:
The course is canceled without replacement on individual public holidays in the month. If there are two public holidays in the month, the lesson will still take place on one of the two public holidays. The decision will be announced in good time.

4.2 School closure during Christmas and New Year:
Our school is closed for the two weeks around Christmas and New Year (from December 23rd to January 5th). During this time, no lessons take place.
